RENTALS (SINGLE AND DOUBLE)

• Rental Always Includes: Margarita salt, cups and straws, machine cart, skirting, and setup of the machine, extension cords, & in most areas free delivery and pickup.
• Please tell us when you make your reservation if we will encounter any steps or stairways during delivery. An additional delivery fee may apply for difficult deliveries.
• Extra Mix: $20.00 Each (NON refundable)
• Frozen Drink Mix:  Must be purchased from us, Metroplex Margaritas.  No other mix is allowed to be used in the machines without written authorization or a damage fee could be incurred.
• Same Day Pick Up: $95.00 (any rental having to be picked up on the same day as delivery)
• Cancellation Policy: There will be a $100 charge per machine for cancellations less than 72 hours notice. This charge will be applied to your bill at time of rescheduling .
• A dedicated 15 amp outlet that the machine can be plugged directly into.  If that potentially could result in an issue, please bring that up to us before delivery so that we can help come up with a solution.
• Heavy gauge extension cords are provided with each rental. Please do not use any other cords. Extension cords provided are typically 20 ft in length
• Unauthorized transportation of machine(s) will result in a $500 fine. Please do not attempt to relocate, lift or otherwise move our machines.
• Management does not guarantee frozen drinks on any machine that
  • is NOT setup by an employee of Metroplex Margaritas
  • uses any mix product not supplied by Metroplex Margaritas
  • moves the machine from the original location that the machine was originally setup on delivery by an authorized Metroplex Margaritas employee

By reading this disclaimer, and providing payment for services rendered, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless JKN Holdings LLC dba Metroplex Margaritas as well as all {their/its} employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my accepting delivery of any rental of equipment/products and services by JKN Holdings LLC, dba Metroplex Margaritas.
